Simple, great for ping testing, but somewhat inaccurate for port testing. Tried scanning my test router, the firewall was able to deny Angry IP Scanner and got result that host was completely down.

Works good. Maybe i need to understand more, but isn’t hostname meant to be computer name. eg 2009-PC. for me, to access folder shares (this is windows, but i have aips on linux), I typed //2009-PC/D drive, etc great software
