have a samsung galaxy i9000. Downloaded samsung pc studio. I can’t connect to my’pc. The mobile tels me that it is connected but nothing happens unfortunately. What do I do wrong? Please can anyone help me with this,

I’ve a galaxy S i9000. but i dont have the option for PC studio (pc manager) on my phone. i tried to search samsung apps there’s no apk for connection.
I’ve tried to select samsung kies instead when i connect my phone via usb. but it is not detected by pc studio?
what can i do? i tried the new version of kies, it doesnt have the firmware upgrade nor phone backup functions anymore!!

i have purchased Samsung Galaxy pop s 5570 in the month of April 2011. But the seller is not given any CD to install Samsung PC suite to transfer the data from phone to PC. When i down load a approved version from authorized web site and installed in my PC. But it does not allows to connection of the phone. When i gone to service centre the same cell is connected to PC suite in their system. How it is possible. So main defect is the samsung authorities must supply the PC Suite CD at the time of sell.
I too cannot get this software to download. I was given the address etc by an AT&T clerk who SOLD me you SAMSUNG phone. This is truly not acceptable. Now I have bought your phone AND cable but cannot download the software. Please HELP ASAP!
